Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Program For Rapid Fat Loss

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet plan by Joel Marion is a highly effective fat burning and muscle toning nutrition and fitness plan that claims to result in 1 pound of fat loss per day for 25 days.

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet uses a strategic synergy between the diet and the correlated workouts to coax the body to burn more calories and fat than it would have done otherwise.

The program is arranged in 5 cycles of 5 days. On each day, you follow a different combination of diet and exercise techniques.

The diet days are as follows:

  5. Protein day

The workouts consist of:

Best Parts Of The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Program:

  1. Your metabolism will be raging both during and after you complete the program. You will not have a sluggish metabolism as when you diet normally and restrict your calories. This is why most diets where you starve yourself always fail.
  2. You have a “cheat day” every 5 days. This means you can eat all the foods you love (pizza, pasta, sandwiches, desserts) and still lose fat at a rate of 1 lb per day!
  3. It’s only 25 days. You can do anything for 25 days, can’t you? Look back at the last 25 days before you are reading this….how many pounds of fat have you lost in that time? That’s what I thought.

I generally do not recommend any diet or workout program that I have not personally tried and given my approval on. But since this is so new and I believe in the science behind the program as well as the creator of the program, I am going to give it a try myself.

    I recently lost over 60lbs and went from size 42 waist to a 34. Exercise was a huge factor, but I would have to say what we eat and when is a more crucial factor. I try to eat 5-6 smaller protein-rich meals with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, I eat my biggest meal of the day in the morning and taper off with subsequent ones throughout the day. This helps get the metabolism going and keeps the appetite under control. Obese people often eat less than I do, except they skip breakfast, chug sugary sodas all day, snack on greasy carb-laden junk food and then gorge before dinner and up until bedtime. By doing that, you are essentially telling your body to store fats and metabolize foods at a slower rate.
