Liz Webber is a full time school teacher. She has 2 kids under the age of 5. She has a great husband who earns his living as a salesman. The kids are involved in all kinds of after school activities and attend play dates or birthday parties on the weekends. Their life moves quickly, never a dull moment in the Webber house.
Jim Smith is a lawyer who works 70+ hours per week. He is newly divorced within the last year and is starting to “get back out there” by dating and socializing with friends in his limited spare time.
Lilly Jones is a full time graduate student going back to get her Masters in education. To put herself through school she also works 30 hours per week bar tending late into the night. Any extra time Lilly has is spend studying or sleeping.
Neither Liz, Jim, or Lilly has the time to get in the car, drive 15 minutes to the gym, fight the other gym members for the equipment, watch the guys check themselves out in the mirror, use sweaty, nasty equipment, get in some sort of a workout, and then drive all the way back home.
All that takes up about an hour and a half of their day (3-5x/week) and none of them can afford to give up that amount of time. Their families, careers, and future is too important.
Here’s how Liz, Jim, and Lilly can get fit, stay healthy, and lose fat while spending minimum time doing so:
Workout at home!
You can save almost 1 hour 3-5 x/week simply by doing home workouts. Think about it: Liz can do a 20 minute workout while the kids are taking a nap or right after she puts them to bed. Jim can wake up 20 minutes early and workout at home before he gets ready for work. Lilly can do an at home workout between the time she gets home from classes and goes to work.
In all of these scenarios, a potential 1 hour and 30 minute trip to the gym becomes a fast and highly effective home workout that lasts as long as they have time for.
If Lilly can only spare 10 minutes today then she can do home workouts.
If Jim can wake up 30 minutes early then he can workout for 30 minutes.
If Liz asks her husband to watch the kids for a 45 minutes while she takes some time to better herself then she can still do a home workout that will help her meet her fat loss, health, and fitness goals.
Home workouts are a perfect solution when time is an issue. In fact, if you are armed with a home workout program then there is NEVER any excuse for not working out.
Time can never be an excuse not to do a workout.
If you workout at home you also do not need to buy any fancy fitness equipment that is super bulky and takes up your entire bedroom (you know, the one that becomes a hanging rack for all of your clothes?).
All you need, at most, to do a fast and effective home workout is a stability ball, some dumbbells, and a Gymboss Interval Timer.
In fact, if you just want to use your own bodyweight you don’t even need anything. It’s brilliant!
And the final benefit to doing home workouts is you will save money on pricey gym memberships and gas to get there and back.
Home workouts save you time, are fast and highly effective, require little or no equipment, and save you a ton of money.
What are you waiting for?
